REGISTRATION AND COSTS

Registration ends August 10th  All registrations must be made electronically.  No print or late registrations will be accepted. 

There are no costs to attend this event, but donations are welcome to help cover expenses. There are many site costs including port-o-johns, food, site maintenance, etc.  

 

Each attendee is asked to consider donating what they feel would be an appropriate amount to cover site improvement and expenses.  PayPal donations can be sent to vikingsam.ss@gmail.com or is available on the front page of the Ravensborg website ravensborg.org.   Please indicate "Germania" in your PayPal donation.  Donations will also be accepted on site.

All attendees to any event at Ravensborg are required to complete the registration form linked below, including event participation waivers.  All documentation should be provided to event staff upon arrival at site and before any participation or set-up.  Please bring a completed copy with you.  Additional copies will be available on site.

Food will be provided for Saturday morning and evening only.  All other food and beverages are the attendees responsibility.  Ingredient lists will be provided upon request, but no dietary adjustments to any menus will be made for individuals.
